Zoroastrian Sports, is an organization founded to promote sports activities within the Zoroastrian community of Ontario.
The Zoroastrian Cricket Club (ZCC) plays competitive cricket in Division 2 of the Etobicoke District Cricket League. Playing at this level provides us with an opportunity to play in a competitive environment. It also allows our members to meet and socialize with other Zoroastrians in the community.
Zoroastrian Cricket Club (ZCC) was founded in 1977 and has been part of various cricket leagues in Canada. Over the last 10 years, ZCC has belonged to the Etobicoke District Cricket League (EDL). The EDCL consists of 5 divisions and ZCC currently plays in Division 2.
ZCC has a rich history of achievement and comradeship, allowing young players to grow in the sport and create life long friendships.
The club has yearly Annual general meetings and a committee consisting
of
President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Captain. The Vice
Captain is selected by the Captain and the term of office is for 2 consecutive
years.
